How is this different from Mailchimp?
Mailchimp is the global veteran with a deep feature set — and subscriber-count pricing that jumps as your list grows. MAAC GO Email starts free with pure pay-as-you-go sending (unlimited contacts, you only pay for emails sent), and it lives in the same ecosystem as Crescendo Lab's MAAC Enterprise (LINE + SMS cross-channel) — so when your needs grow, there's an upgrade path instead of a migration.
Do I have to verify a domain before sending?
Strongly recommended (SPF / DKIM / DMARC — three DNS records, paste and verify), so you send from your own domain and build reputation you own. If you don't have a domain yet, you can try the flow on the platform's shared domain first and switch before you start mailing your real list.
I don't have a list — can you buy or scrape one for me?
No — purchased lists get low opens and high complaints, and they will wreck your sender reputation (and violate privacy law). MAAC GO Email serves opt-in lists only: emails collected through your site, your checkout, your events. List quality is the foundation of email performance.
